Weekly Test 1

GLOBAL SALES
Announcing yet another new account in Vietnam and Trinidad and Tobago, and waiting on orders from Indonesia. Sprayground got greenlight to sell NBA backpacks in approved Chinese NBA retail stores. In addition, we received a solid distribution plan for Russia, while the distribution plan for Germany is in the works. And after many school districts in the US instituted a clear backpack policy, Foot Action saw a golden opportunity and has ordered 400 clear backpacks from us.

DESIGN
The team continued to work on designs for BTS19. In addition, the artist have been narrowing design concepts and ideas for SS19 with hopes to finish it by next Friday - June 15th. The newest added task has been the collaboration with NASCAR, which the artists spent a good portion brainstorming and concepting ideas. They aim is to design and launch a Daytona 500 collection in February 2019. The team is also putting together ideas for our new license, 2 Pac. Aside from that, the team continues to make edits for past production seasons, and help with smaller projects for DBD’s music video.

PRODUCTION
In the last few weeks, BTS18 is the major priority. So far 73% of shipments have shipped. This figure is up about 13% more from last week. Pavilion will continue to air small quantities to make up for the delays. We expect that by week 07/20 – 7/28/18 all of BTS will be in warehouse.
Placed POs for Fall 18 this week and will continue to place more quantities as we review samples and get better pricing. Balance of samples are due next week.

LICENSING
Currently creating concepts for the properties we want to license, e.g., Tupac, Fortnite, Xbox, Playstation as well as additional cartoon network assets such as Samurai Jack, etc. Once the contracts are signed we will update the team.

MARKETING
We are one week away from our video shoot with Dream Doll. This week we shot content with Dream Doll and Cash Only for backpacks and are working on filling the gaps for missing content. We also sent out bags to different photographers (e.g.; LA and Dubai) to capture content. The Dropbox is finally complete.

SALES
This week the sales team reached out to some of Jeff’s top accounts to give an introduction and try to get them to add bags to their orders. We cracked a new account in New Jersey and Florida and made some progress in some quiet states like Kentucky.
